RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to return product, items must be shipped/postmarked within 14 days of receipt for exchange or a full refund. 

Returns are  subject to an $8 restocking fee for all U.S. domestic orders, this charge will be deducted from your refund total. International orders may be returned using any method of your choice, at your expense. We recommend using a trackable and insured service.

Items must be returned in their original condition with tags intact. We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet our return policies. 

Merchandise that is marked-down or purchased via promotional code are eligible for store credit only. Discount codes cannot be combined with other codes and promotions. Beauty, body, fragrance, lighters, swimwear or lingerie are final sale. No exchanges or returns will be accepted for final sale items. 

Pre-order items are eligible for store credit only.  All items are thoroughly inspected prior to shipment, should you receive a product that is damaged or defective please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.  

Exchanges/Refunds are processed within 7 days after we receive the merchandise. You will receive a confirmation by email when your exchanges/refunds are processed. Please e-mail orders@mddn.co to begin the return process stating your order number in the subject line.

CUSTOMS FEES
International shipments may be subject to customs fees.
This is not something we are responsible for collecting or paying.

Customs fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser and will vary by country & product value. We have no control over if you are charged or how much will be due.
